It was a great experience from the beginning till the end. Ladies that answered my emails were very responsive and able to answer my initial questions quickly. Thank you Shaylynn L. and Sarah J. Then once I got to the dealership I dealt mainly with Bill J. who was able to show me the used car I was interested in (Mazda6) and was full of positive energy. Bill and manager John P. were open to negotiating even a little bit more, despite already quite a good initial price so thank you both gentlemen (especially John)! Finally, I've dealt with Veljo at the finance office and he was very informative and professional. All of the staff at Wilde Toyota were great to deal with and were not pushy at any time and were not trying to get you on any hidden costs. They offered extras but gave you the final say. That's how it should be. Keep up the good work. You're doing much better than some of the places in went to before you. I will definitely keep you in mind when I'm looking for more cars in the future! After few days of ownership I think I actually found my dream car at Wilde... I highly recommend Wilde Toyota at West Allis, WI and if anyone sees a pre-owned vehicle online that they have in mind please do contact Wilde team as you may be surprised how this team can help you and are very pleasant to deal with. While spending 6 hours buying and financing a truck, John informed us they do a 123 point inspection. Because it's used, we were concerned there might be issues. However John once again informed us that we n informed us they do a 123 point inspection. Because it's used, we were concerned there might be issues. However John once again informed us that we not only had to pick up the truck in 24 hours but their 123 point inspection would catch any issues. Well, once hubby drove it off the lot, I noticed the brake light was burnt-out and the fog light was burnt-out during the test drive. So add another hour of sitting waiting for the repair. John's response was, "well, it happens". I was also informed, that should have been checked during their 123 point inspection . We went to several dealerships to find a vehicle for my daughter for college. After pushy salespeople, it was a relief to deal with Victoria. She took the time to figure out what my daughter’s needs were daughter for college. After pushy salespeople, it was a relief to deal with Victoria. She took the time to figure out what my daughter’s needs were and let her drive different vehicles to narrow down the search. She was honest and friendly. In the finance department, Ken was a huge help and knowledgeable again leading my daughter to the right choice. Thank you both for making this experience easy and great. More

After spending 5 hours at the dealership trying to buy a car John Ploeckelman came over to talk about pricing and potentially knocking off $200-300 from the price but stated that “ it would only reduced the car John Ploeckelman came over to talk about pricing and potentially knocking off $200-300 from the price but stated that “ it would only reduced the monthly price by a couple buck which wouldn’t matter to me since I probably buy Starbucks every day and go shopping all the time”. That was pretty frustrating to hear because that’s not at all who I am but he made an assumption that because I’m a young woman I waste money on fancy coffee and don’t know anything about cars or pricing. I worked hard to save enough money for my first car and he rudely dismissed me and made the experience very disappointing. I hope he doesn’t judge every customer like this and I hope this review lets him know that little comments like that are not appreciated. More

Another great experience I bought a Scion xD less than a year ago and Kevin Nelson and John Ploeckelman were extremely helpful in the purchasing experience. My wife needed a I bought a Scion xD less than a year ago and Kevin Nelson and John Ploeckelman were extremely helpful in the purchasing experience. My wife needed a new car within the last week or so, and I knew I would be returning, but didn't think I'd be returning so soon. Anyways, once I realized I'd have to get her a new car, I knew where I was heading. I checked online, and headed back to Wilde. Eric Schoessow was also extremely helpful in my experience. I was looking at a particular Corolla, but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting so he helped find a phenomenal value on another Corolla. I look forward to another fantastic driving experience for the coming months and years thanks to the wonderful service from Wilde. The value and service they provide is unmatched. I truly appreciate the help from Kevin and Eric. They made for another great experience buying a car. More
