I brought my car in for an oil change. The attendant Louis said he would be right back. I sat in the car for 10 minutes with no Louis. I got out of the car and there he was talking to f The attendant Louis said he would be right back. I sat in the car for 10 minutes with no Louis. I got out of the car and there he was talking to fellow workers. After a few minutes he went right by me, I asked him when he was going to take care of me and he just kept walking. An attendant at the car behind me asked if I needed help. He did help me. I've never had this experience before and hope to never again.,! More

Bruce Pap, my service advisor at Germain Honda in Naples, Florida excelled in making me feel very good about the service I was about to receive. He answered all my concerns regarding my Honda CRV and arrange Florida excelled in making me feel very good about the service I was about to receive. He answered all my concerns regarding my Honda CRV and arranged a courtesy automobile for my use. He personally went out of his way to stay in touch with me during the repairs. As this was my first experience with an automobile service in Florida, I certainly will call upon Germain Honda for any other concerns regarding my automobile. Bruce Pap is most certainly a warranted asset and ambassador to Germain Honda. More
