My experience started with a phone call from Anna Woodard letting me know that the car we are looking for is on the lot now and asked me to come visit. After entering the dealership we met with Kimberly Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look a Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look at and we told her we were looking at the Crosstrek. She listened to us and showed us three different Crosstreks and explained the differences between the vehicles. She did not rush us to make a decision and made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. We decided on the Crosstrak Sport and purchased it. She then introduced us to A.J. Miller, to help with the financing and he also was very pleasant to work with. He also took his time with us and answered all of our questions about financing. After we purchased the vehicle we met with Johns Pitts who explained all of the technology and features of the vehicle. He was also very pleasant to work with. We don't think we could have had a better buying experience, thanks to the way we were treated from the time we entered the dealership to when we left with our new Crosstrek Sport. More
