The place is underway with renovation so they are battling some inconveniences , living with construction but their service has remained consistent & good. More

John Paul, a salesman, is fantastic, personable, and efficient - I really enjoyed working with him. The little touches of bringing the car I was interested in to the showroom floor on the day I was ready to buy, and even putting my name on a sign on the rear view mirror, were very nice. And then Brett, a manager, was honestly great - not overly sales-y, but seemed genuine and caring, and got down to the price I wanted. The customer waiting area is stocked well, and they're also growing and building new space to be completed by end of year. Definitely pleased and they held true to their promise of "having me walk out with a smile." More

Feels like home I purchased an Audi Q7 in 2011 from Audi Dallas. Happily owned for a few years and downsized to a Mercedes e350. Realizing it wasn’t the “right” car f I purchased an Audi Q7 in 2011 from Audi Dallas. Happily owned for a few years and downsized to a Mercedes e350. Realizing it wasn’t the “right” car for me, I found myself back at Audi Dallas for my next new purchase. I was beyond pleased to find that 7 years later not only were there familiar faces but also the same comfortable high standards I had known with my previous experience there. Thank Audi Dallas for remaining solid and consistent! Feels like home and it’s great to be back! More
