Finished work was great. My concern was time it took a month waiting for part. We received exceptional service from beginning to end. She is a gem!!! The body work was extremely well-done. The car looks new, despite numerous scratches, dents and other damage. The interior and exterior cleaning are superior. More

Overall turned good, but the communication is weak between them and me. It was my first time to have that experience between the car insurance and repairing my car. So, in fact, I am deaf. It is ha between them and me. It was my first time to have that experience between the car insurance and repairing my car. So, in fact, I am deaf. It is hard for them how to communicate with me. They sometimes are awkward with me. They don't know to call me, to text me or to email me. I don't blame them. But till the end, Laura is a last huge communicated helper to catch up with me thru the email and text. I admit that I am impressed that the service is a good service to repair my car well. More

The Service Department is beyond a 10, they're a 15 ! Laura and John did a fantastic job keeping me updated, and the quality of the repairs were such that you can't tell there was ever damage !
