I already knew I wanted a Forester and planned to shop around but they met my target price for the car as well as for my trade-in and I was happy to make the deal on the first visit. I'm really excited to own my Forester and feel that my experience with the dealer will be a good one ongoing. I will definitely recommend them to all. More

Purchased a 2015 Forester 2.5i Premium We did a lot of research and drove 5 small SUVs.. The Forester had all the technology we wanted out of all vehicles driven. Coming into the dealership I knew approximately what I was going to have to pay for a 2015 Subaru F My experience with the Dean Team Subaru was great. Coming into the dealership I knew approximately what I was going to have to pay for a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i Limited because of my Internet research work and the productive phone calls with John Ostlund. After test driving a Honda CR-V and a Ford Escape we arrived unannounced at the Dean Team just as John was about to leave the premises. He turned us over to Mark McNulty who rode with us on a test drive and answered all our questions and then some. To shorten the story, we made the deal with Mark and eventually we drove off the lot with our new car all cleaned up by the service guys. And because Mark had set up the hands-free Bluetooth for us, I was able to receive several calls on the way home. More

My wife and I picked up our new 2015 Subaru outback yesterday.Our sales person John Ostlund was extremely careful and patient fielding all of our que My wife and I picked up our new 2015 Subaru outback yesterday.Our sales person John Ostlund was extremely careful and patient fielding all of our questions about the vehicles operation. He was that way when we 1st walked into Dick Dean dealership two and a half months ago not quite sure what we were looking for. He reviewed each model with all the available options and we did several test rides. We finally opted for the outback and then reviewed each available option and only chose those that were within our budget. John never pressured us into anything. Also we had reviewed on line what our trade in would be worth and Dick Dean was spot on with the offer. There was never any haggling or gamesmanship. Totally awesome experience all the way around. More
