Great experience! I purchased my second Subaru Outback. While on my way to another Subaru Sales Center where I purchased my first Subaru and was planning to purchase my second, I pulled into Dean Team Subar While on my way to another Subaru Sales Center where I purchased my first Subaru and was planning to purchase my second, I pulled into Dean Team Subaru to ask a question of the Service Dept., and spoke to Annie who I found extremely helpful and so easy to talk to. She put me in touch with John, a sales person who I felt comfortable with, and by the end of the evening I had purchased a car from John at a better price with more features! So far I have been completely satisfied with both the service department and the after-sale service and help I needed. I have received lots of attention from Dean Team to learn more about my Subaru, and I have an appointment to meet with Duke, the Subaru Delivery Specialist, who will spend time, one-on-one, to go over my new car and all its technical advancements! I really feel comfortable at the Dean Team Dealership, and confident that I can pull in any time to ask a question about my new car! More

He was efficient, listened to what we wanted and was patient and thorough with our questions. Because we wanted to do our due diligence before making a final decision, we went to the other dealership to see the other make/model car we were considering. The experiences were polar opposites and we ended up going right back to Dean Team and making our purchase. It was a no pressure, informative but relaxed experience. No unsavory sales tactics, no trying to over sell or guilt trip about budget etc. John was patient and took his time going over every detail.
