DO NOT COME TO THIS CASEY TOYOTA AND BUY ANY VEHICLE ESPECIALLY FROM JOHN OGDEN!!!! This Casey Toyota has been nothing but a hassle for stuff that shouldn't happen. We first came in and bought a 2019 to ESPECIALLY FROM JOHN OGDEN!!!! This Casey Toyota has been nothing but a hassle for stuff that shouldn't happen. We first came in and bought a 2019 toyota tundra, great looking truck for a used one, also paid for heated seats and was told we'll receive a call the next day to to have the heated seats installed, nobody called and after 2 days of waiting we had to call, and get the appointment scheduled, the appointment was setup for the heated seats for Thursday 09/26 but when i show up, not only did they not even order the heated seats but our sales guy John Ogden dropped the ball and never got with the installer which he wasnt even here because he came the day before on 09/25, so we have to schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT and waste more gas and time and hopefully theyll have everything ready. had a small chip in the glass called and scheduled a repair and got a appointment setup for Tuesday but nobody decided to tell us the repair guy only comes on Thursday so we wasted gas just driving up there for them to look at the chip and say "yup you'll have to bring it back Thursday" go to another place and buy a car, even facebook marketplace!!!! More

After 27 years with Jeep, bought a brand spanky new Highlander. This was the smoothest most positive buying experience I have ever had. I have never felt pressured or obligated to purchase "extra" while having my car serviced and my husband feels comfortable with me taking our car in for service, because they are trustworthy and have never taken advantage of me. My recent car service appointment was a new experience, found a vehicle for my husband and purchased the next day. We will be repeat customers for life! Excellent buying experience John Ogden happened to be the sales rep on duty when I visited Casey Toyota. I'd never met him before, or been to this dealership. He answered all questions with well thought out answers. David Gabris, the sales manager, walked over and entered the conversation casually, yet professionally, and offered a good price on the vehicle I'd just driven. I left the dealership, and John followed up with me a day or two later in a low-key manner. Two weeks later I looked at a Hyundai Santa Fe, BMW X3, and Kia Sorento, always the high end trims. I returned to Casey Toyota and said I was ready to buy. Mr. Gabris located the high end model in the color and interior I wanted (at a dealership 80 miles away), and again quoted a very good and fair price. The vehicle arrived the next day, and the sale went smoothly. Particularly nice was the technology and operating systems detailed overview by David Lowey, the technology expert. I am very satisfied so far. More

John was the best Thanks casey and more importantly John Ogden , I wanted a tundra but the one I wanted was fully loaded. So john went above and beyond , he called another store in Maryland. Had it transferred within 2 days. They even hooked me up with an in house ride in the mean time.
