I have purchased many items online and am comfortable conducting my business virtually. However, I experienced a "first" of online buying and business when I worked with John O'Connor to help my brother conducting my business virtually. However, I experienced a "first" of online buying and business when I worked with John O'Connor to help my brother and sister-n-law purchase a vehicle! My brother lives in the area and I live in another state. John took the time to understand the need, what we were working with and quickly discovered three options. After selecting the one we thought would be a fit, his team delivered the vehicle to my brother/sister-n-law to their home so they could have the same experience of checking it out as if they were at the dealership. John's attention to details shared in several phone conversations was evidence that he listened and delivered extraordinary customer service. Once the deal was complete, his team delivered the van to the new happy owners! Throughout the entire process, John was engaging, answered all the questions asked, and remained true to what he committed. My van has now been there for 92 days and I am anxiously awaiting a good outcome. More
