Ever since purchasing 3 vehicles from Bianchi Honda, from sales, financing and service has been great. Although, on my last few visits for service, a little disappointed. From the start of being with Bianchi sales, financing and service has been great. Although, on my last few visits for service, a little disappointed. From the start of being with Bianchi, upon entering the service bays, someone greeted you immediately to check you in and take you to a service advisor. In addition, for past visits, all service advisor stations have been fully staffed. But that has not been the case recently. I did not mention it in my past review, thinking it was just an off day, but it happened again. No one to greet you, you pick a line for a service advisor and hope it will go quickly. I do not know if this is a temporary thing, shortage of workers of what the issue is. Did not see Nadia as I have in the past, in the past she has been great. Also, hope the remodeling gets finished soon, since the waiting area seems always crowded and not as comfortable as the old one. As far as the service advisor "Caleb" no complaints, have had him in the past and he very good and thorough and knows his job well. Therefore, if anyone from Bianchi reads this, could you please explain the recent issue for staffing of no one to greet you and service advisor stations not fully staffed as in the past? Thank you. We had the pleasure of working with & purchasing a SUV from salesman Steven Kehl II & completed finance paperwork with John Northrop. The whole staff was friendly & pretty festive for a Auto dealership! Everyone really seemed to be in good spirits. The attention to detail was exceptional all my questions were answered & I got a smokin' deal! The service dept thoroughly & quickly detailed the vehicle. We we're in & out in a couple hours, Bianchi Honda will be the first place I look for my next vehicle. More

My first, brief stop, I talked with Dave Reash. Very nice and helpful. Gave me a card & a call. Went back, Dave wasn't there, so, Josh Elliott helped me for quite a while. I went home thinking about a good deal, but decided I didn't want to go that high and wanted to drive a couple other brands. Went back about a week later, Josh wasn't there, so Steven Kehl ll assisted me. I ended up with a 2022 HR-V Sport. I didn't have a check with me so Steven got everything done that he could so the next day all I had to do is the final financing with John Northrup. Mikey Clement also helped some that final day! Everyone I dealt with was Knowledge, friendly, and respectful. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I liked that everyone seemed to have some camaraderie and a sense of humor.
