This isn’t the first time my car has been in this shop and it’s definitely shined some light on things. So originally my car was in the shop for tires and rims. Had an accident where I ran over a ladder. and it’s definitely shined some light on things. So originally my car was in the shop for tires and rims. Had an accident where I ran over a ladder. They said that I needed to come out of pocket $2,500 for some gasket leak. Durning this time they had my vehicle for 4 weeks. 3 months later my starter died, now they said that I’ve got another gasket leak. Mind you I’ve got 2019 jeep compass with less than 60k miles. So for this to be happening I’m thinking they installed something wrong or defective part. They tried to charge me $1800 for the repair they just did almost 90 days ago. Then they anre saying it’s going to be $2200 for a starter?! Looked up the average cost for a dealership they are charging two times the normal amount. Why on earth would you charge extra, provide horrible customer service and can’t even fix the problem. John was my service provider and I’m sorry but there was no service there. Extremely hard to get ahold of, doesn’t understand the concept of time, wonders off saying he couldn’t find your keys for 25 minutes, proceeds to tell me how long my vehicle was in the shop last time the says he doesn’t know what was done to the vehicle last time. You have the paper work you just told me when it was in the shop. Five star quality service right there. More

We had our Pacifica towed in on a Saturday and it was back to us on Tuesday. Text updates were very helpful, and the repairs were fairly priced. The entire team moved swiftly. Every one was nice. I was offered a shuttle ride for me and my daughter. Disappointing. 1. No loaner car when you kept mine for four days. 2. I paid $55 for Uber that Chrysler would not reimburse 3. The dealership provided no assistance 1. Alignment was performed, but the steering wheel is not centered 5. Car was not washed at pickup, even though you had several hours notice. 6. Bottom line, neither Chrysler nor this dealership puts the customer first. More
