John Mclean is a Rock Star Salesman and most especially because he does not even know he is. John is absolutely brilliant without a shred of pretentiousness. He picked out the car I would drive away in the first time we met- it took me two weeks and several days of test driving numerous other cars before I caught on to what he saw the first day. John listened to my words- paid attention to my tones and enthusiasm after test drives and was spot on!! All while being friendly personable and genuinely enjoyable to be around. Well done! Brattleboro Subaru was recommended by friends; I'm very happy I listened to them. This was the easiest, most stress-free, and actually fun experience I've ever had when buying/leasing a new car! Billy wa happy I listened to them. This was the easiest, most stress-free, and actually fun experience I've ever had when buying/leasing a new car! Billy was about to leave on vacation but he took care of everything beforehand so the process went smoothly. John McLean was absolutely wonderful-- knowledgeable and helpful throughout. John arranged it so there was literally nothing I had to do other than sign the appropriate papers when I came back to pick up the car. I don't know if leasing a car would be considered a delightful experience but this really was! I'll travel from Manchester for service here as opposed to going to Bennington because this dealership treats its customers with care, respect and honesty. Thanks again, John- and Billy too! More

He expertly explained the new CVT, and did not pressure me into anything. He was professional throughout the entire process up to delivery! I hope he'll be there the next time I need a car.
