Takes a little while but.. I recently leased my fourth vehicle from the team at Atlantic Honda and as always I left satisfied with my CRV and everything it had in it and on it. I recently leased my fourth vehicle from the team at Atlantic Honda and as always I left satisfied with my CRV and everything it had in it and on it. Dave Moore and John Marshall made sure that I was satisfied with what I was driving. Every time I go in it seems to get easier of a process. The only thing I wish could be better is how much time it takes to get things going. I know they're very busy there but it always seems to take so long. Three and a half hours from start to finish so I always have to make sure I have half a day to get it done. All in all though, I always get what I want and leave happy. Thank you John Marshall and Dave Moore for everything. More

Another Excellent Transaction (#5) with Atlantic Honda Just leased by 5th Honda from Atlantic Honda (2016 Pilot EXL with Nav) . These guys have their act together. I had been dealing with Yves Oliver on Just leased by 5th Honda from Atlantic Honda (2016 Pilot EXL with Nav) . These guys have their act together. I had been dealing with Yves Oliver on my 1st 4 transactions, but when I walked in to the showroom and met Yves, he told me he has been promoted (not surprised). Yves walked me over to John Marshall's desk and said "he will take care of you". Our course I had my reservations because Yves was such an excellent person and rep. John Marshall exceeded my expectations! John, like Yves, was professional, respectful of my time, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. I ask a lot of questions and John answered every one of them either on the phone or via email. When we did the paperwork, Yves checked in and made sure all was good, and it was. Dave Shapiro who did my paperwork was spot on. He was so fast and accurate and explained every document I signed. This is a well run organization from the top down. Every detail of the process has been thought of and there is never a surprise. They make car buying an enjoyable experience that I look forward to every 3 years. This year I purchased my son his first CRV and he got to meet some of the Atlantic team! These guys are awesome! More

Don't buy a Honda anywhere else I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. I have to say this is the very best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I was greeted I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. I have to say this is the very best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I was greeted with a great big smile from every employee I made eye contact with upon entering the dealership. The atmosphere here makes it very clear these guys and gals aren't just coworkers, they're a work family, it made the shopping experience better for me. After approaching the podium, sales manager Rob Kiernan immediately made sure I was partnered up with a rock star product expert, John Marshall. John was very informative and relatable, making sure I got all the information I wanted (I ask a LOT of questions) and he did it all with a fantastic attitude. I could tell he was very knowledgeable, genuinely happy to help me and enjoys what he does. Again, this is important to me because I don't buy anything unless I feel good about the purchase. After John helped me pick out a car, sales manager Brianna Ray helped me decide the best way to make the purchase happen. Again, the multitude of questions I asked were all answered directly, no sales jargon, no frustration, and with a wonderful attitude! We decided that I was going to be trading in my old car. Initially I had no intention of doing this because I had an idea in my head that a car dealership's job is to lowball you as much as possible in order to make more money on the trade-in. Then she gave me the appraisal number and I couldn't say no. They gave me an awesome deal on my old car. In the final stretch it was Yves Olivier who made everything come together. My credit score is great on Credit Karma but it doesn't show me Experian, which is what most dealerships use. There are some erroneous collections from old properties on my Experian report that I didn't even know were there. Yves went to bat for me and got me an exception to make the deal happen, also going above and beyond to show me the discrepancies on the report so I can go get that fixed now too. The daunting mountain of paperwork I had to sign was made much less scary by his calm, cool, friendly demeanor. He explained every single page to me to my complete satisfaction. I left with no questions unanswered, very comfortable and very happy. After everything was done, the GM of the dealership, Ricky Alessi, came over and personally thanked me for my business and shook my hand with a big smile.
