John Luebke made my experience with buying my new car very easy and comfortable. I told him how nervous I was of dealerships because of past experiences. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, John Luebke was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful! Since I live in Orlando, we started working out my first buy (in 16 years) through text mes was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful! Since I live in Orlando, we started working out my first buy (in 16 years) through text messages and emails! This method was super convenient! I contacted three additional dealerships in my area and New Port Richie, none of them could match or beat our agreement through Crown Hyundai! While I was at Crown Hyundai, I asked John if he could locate a SEL Sonata with a dark interior/darker exterior and he instantly was able to find one! We negotiated the details to my satisfaction and I traded in my first buy for my second!! Also, met with Van Cabral (financing) for my first buy and Tim Lavoie (financing) on my second buy. Both of these gentleman were awesome to work with!! Now I’ve had third thoughts of upgrading to an SEL Plus of which John and Tim are currently working out the details!! I will write a separate review on this next experience!! More
