It took almost two hours to complete the delivery. I do not believe that I ever received a copy of a signed purchase order. All the accessories that were supposed to be part of the deal were not installed before I arrived. Overall, I found that the upfront sales portion of the sale with Luis and John was excellent but the follow up to delivery left a lot to be desired. More

There was a mutual respect and understanding of how the numbers worked out to benefit me and the dealership. This was the first time I dealt with this dealership. A local competitor failed to follow-up with me as a repeat customer (other than with automated emails) and I had to reach out to them. Perhaps the opportunity to "steal" me away from the other Honda shop influenced the significantly lower lease payment but that is ok. Hondas sell themselves but it is nice to have a team trained in a customer-focused culture to work with. We will be back. More
