We had gone to the dealership to have axle seals replaced just to have the axle leaking again not even a week later. Said there was an issue when they put the new seals in but did nothing about the issue. Su just to have the axle leaking again not even a week later. When I called them to ask why the seals could already be broken this early, the service man said that it could be because his guys “nicked” or broke the seals on installation. She got the ball rolling with what I wanted, color, on stock etc. On the day I actually found time to make it in there, sadly Victoria was in the process of helping someone. I mean lucky for them but I felt bad she wasn't available. With that said and her blessing that I was in good hands with Brian we began the process. He knew from the start, I am a straight shooter, do not want the haggle, get me in and out the door. Brian was great. He knew the quicker to the point the happier i was. I was in and out within 2 hours. A little delayed waiting on my husband and to see which bank gave the best deal/rate. Once everything was done, Brian switched my tags for me, helped ensure I cleaned everything out of the old vehicle, offered to hook my electronic devices to the new vehicle but since I almost came from the exact vehicle he made made sure I was set up. I received a follow up message after leaving to thank me again. * Side note Victoria did the same as well. They both were amazing and very peopl3 person. I would highly recommend Adams. More
