I was at the dealership for 4. 5 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment at 9:45am my vehicle didn't go back to be serviced until I began to question the time frame in the 5 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment at 9:45am my vehicle didn't go back to be serviced until I began to question the time frame in the service department. My time is valuable. Why make appointments if you can't honor them. I try to have my vehicle serviced where I purchase them. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to do this. I lost a complete day of work instead of half a day.
