Went in for the free 15k service and had one issue with the radio. The service dept supposedly did an upgrade to solve the issue. The problem re-occurred on the drive home from the dealership. Toyota just doesn't know how to fix it. The advisor did tell me that Toyota recommends a wheel alignment and tire balancing at 15k. I knew they were just trying to make some money because Toyota doesn't recommend it in the maintenance schedule. More
