Willing to go the Distance I live in the US Virgin Islands and was determined to find exactly what I wanted at a competitive price. Being from a place where things are overprice I live in the US Virgin Islands and was determined to find exactly what I wanted at a competitive price. Being from a place where things are overpriced, I did my diligence and found what I wanted at Castle North Chevrolet in Elk Grove, IL. The finance team did an expedient job at getting the deal approved and quickly. I’ll be honest the entire flight up I was concerned it was to good to be true and I might be flying back home and not driving. A couple nights before Mike called and texted to say he would be getting me from the airport, and then texted the next day, and called and texted the day of my flight, which was what both Brennan and Sergio told me earlier on in the transaction that the dealership would get me from the airport. They offered to buy me Lunch as well before the drive back to FL. Consistency is what I’m getting at as there was never any aspect of bait and switch, just transparency and professionalism. I bought a vehicle in Miami once and it was a really bad experience in retrospect, so much that I was willing to fly to Chicago from the Caribbean to make sure I got a fair deal. I’m really excited to have my pre owned Toyota Tacoma, knowing I flew up from the Caribbean and drove across the country and shipped it to my beautiful island home. I highly recommend this team. More
