We asked for the interior of the car to be cleaned/detailed. I think they vacuumed only. The touch up guy did a good job covering the scratch. We had the plate mailed to us which was accompanied with the second key fob with a dead battery. The lady that called had no idea we wanted the car delivered to High Point and sounded put off that we were not coming to get it in Salisbury. I personally feel communication could be better amongst associates and with your customers. RJ was knowledgeable on Mazdas, he was helpful. But we told multiple sales associates we were paying cash and not one mentioned the fact that you don’t typically accept personal checks. Perhaps you see this as a deterrent to the sale going through? All in all the sales process was ok. We are not dissatisfied. We love the CX30. I’m glad I got the Soul Red. Oh, I also enjoyed the Starbucks machine! ☕️ More

Everyone at Jerry Hunt Supercenter were excellent to deal with. Jonathan was excellent to deal with and very proactive and quick to respond to all of my questions which made my buying decision very easy to m with.
