Pierre was phenomenal. The entire experience was pleasurable. Maria, in financing was just as amazing. We thought we were just going to the dealership to look at the vehicl The entire experience was pleasurable. Maria, in financing was just as amazing. We thought we were just going to the dealership to look at the vehicle, maybe test drive it. Showed up within a hour of closing, Pierre and Maria went above and beyond to complete our purchase the same night. We left with the vehicle. Salesman Mike was ok . I bought a used 2020 X5 for 40,000 dollars and 42000 miles on it . I just ask for a couple things to be fixed on it . one was done and the other was I bought a used 2020 X5 for 40,000 dollars and 42000 miles on it . I just ask for a couple things to be fixed on it . one was done and the other was not . The one was not done was a curb rub wheel . I waited 2 weeks to pick up the car and when I got home I saw it was not fixed not happy at all . I did not take it back because it was a 5 hour away round trip to bmw . That’s my unhappy story about buying my bmw but I still love the car thanks for listening. More
