My service adviser, John Korallus was outstanding. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will always use this service adviser in the further needs of my Volvo. On Tuesday, January 28, 2014, I had absolutely the worst experience ever at the Volvo Service Department!!! I had a 12pm appointment with their service station for a quick look at my tire locks. Something experience ever at the Volvo Service Department!!! I had a 12pm appointment with their service station for a quick look at my tire locks. Something that usually will take no longer then five minutes to do! (Just like when I went to my dealership where I bought it) JOHN in the service station takes my information and confirms with me what needs to be done. After giving a hour and a half buffer I finally went out there and talked to John. He told me that there were plenty of cars before me and that's why it is taking so long. They never even looked at my car! If they couldn't handle making an appointment at 12pm with me then why did they take it!! After I tell JOHN that I need to get this checked out ASAP because I have to work he finally goes out there to their garage and tells me it will be another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes he comes out to the waiting area and goes "HEY YOU!" I go out there with him to the garage and he tells me they don't have the keys that will take care of the wheel lock. When I spoke to TIM the week before when I made the appointment told me that they would then look into finding a key for me since the lock is made by Volvo since it is a Volvo lock. JOHN tells me that he can't and pretty much rushes me out the door. He then has the nerve to tell me that he won't charge me for wasting two hours of my day and doing nothing!! And all he can say is that there were to many cars ahead of me without giving an explanation without even an apology for wasting my day!!!! Also, the woman working the cashier (I didn't have to deal with) had an attitude with everyone that walked in.I couldn't believe the way she talked to customers and coworkers. She made a big deal about taking cash from a poor customer who just had to pay over $1700 on service and was complaining to anyone that would hear her that she was doing two jobs! Also, it seemed like everyone there was to busy eating pizza! I luckily didn't didn't buy my car there and will never go back there again!!! Seriously I bought a Volvo for the service and now I am debating why I bought it!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! More

I needed to purchase a newer Volvo as my old car a Volvo 850 had approximately 180,000. I choose Volvo of Lisle as I had much experience with them dating back to 1976. I think you get a fair deal from people who are very knowledgeable about cars (Volvo). The dealership has been in business for 50 years. The sales team of Chris and Ken also have many years of experience and can answer your questions. My main reason for go to them is however the excellent service department. I am happy with my " new car " a Vovlo 2013 S60 with four wheel drive. Andy Beretvas More

The Service Staff and workmanship of this shop are outstanding. They are friendly and prompt in greeting you upon your arrival, not any special circumstances, and seamlessly obtain the results you ne outstanding. They are friendly and prompt in greeting you upon your arrival, not any special circumstances, and seamlessly obtain the results you need. I had a failure of a part not even under warranty any longer, and they were able to get the replacement part and service written-off. Courteous staff gave me a complimentary ride home and helped out with transferring carseats, too. Their waiting rooms are well-maintained and provide for many types of environments, from leather recliners to computer stations, television, coffee, and a child's play room. These folks are professional and I go back to them time and time again. Great job every time! More

John and Tim at the Volvo Service Center are outstanding; as are all that have a part in the Service Center. From making appointments, pointing out needs for the car friendliness and delivery of service are as are all that have a part in the Service Center. John Korallus immediately responded when we arrived. He promptly handled the problem himself (frozen ice on windshield sprayers). John was really friendly and effective. My service was performed in time and the quality of work was excellent. Simply put this was business as usual:).
