My recent XC90 Volvo repair I had to bring my car to Volvo of Lisle to replace the ignition switch. I got the appointment on the same day. I was very pleased with the service and I had to bring my car to Volvo of Lisle to replace the ignition switch. I got the appointment on the same day. I was very pleased with the service and help offered with the car loaner (there were several new Volvo models to chose from). I did appreciate the contact information for the towing company that did a great job transporting my car to the dealership. The repair costs were pretty high but something that I expected considering the original Volvo parts were required. The estimate given on the first day was accurate and matched what I had to pay in the end. The check out was very quick. Overall very pleased with Volvo of Lisle. More

Why i don't mind going in for service Because I know the folks at Volvo are skilled and always do an excellent job servicing my Volvo be it for regular maintenance or for a fix of one kind Because I know the folks at Volvo are skilled and always do an excellent job servicing my Volvo be it for regular maintenance or for a fix of one kind or another. I am also very pleased with the performance of our Volvo. Maintenance plays a big part in keeping it in top shape. The good work they do and the great treatment I get as a customer keeps me thinking my next vehicle will be another Volvo and it will come fro their dealership. I appreciate too that when I come in for service they go the extra effort and check the vehicle and advise me of impending problems so I can get them taken care of before I have a problem on the road. Gives one a good sense of security when on the road and, we do take long road trips. More

Best Honest Service I thought I was due for an oil change and made an appointment to have it done. After the service employee, John Korallus, checked my record, he disco I thought I was due for an oil change and made an appointment to have it done. After the service employee, John Korallus, checked my record, he discovered that I could go 1,500 more miles and that no service was required. But, since I was there, they would do a 35 (?) point check-up for no cost at all. They even washed my car. This service would be hard to beat! The number one reason I get my two Volvos serviced at Volvo of Lisle is the satisfactory experience I derive whenever I get my car back from the service department! What I mean is that the problem is typ Volvo of Lisle is the satisfactory experience I derive whenever I get my car back from the service department! What I mean is that the problem is typically addressed in a timely manner with the reason for servicing having been addressed. Whenever I get my cars serviced I always ask for John Korallus because he gives me his undivided attention and makes sure that my problems or needs are being addressed in a professional, unhurried manner. John is very helpful, friendly and professional. He gave very reasonable suggestions on my vehicle. I went in with a loud noise on my back wheel, thinking that I will have to spend hundreds of dollars on it very reasonable suggestions on my vehicle. I went in with a loud noise on my back wheel, thinking that I will have to spend hundreds of dollars on it. Instead, he just suggested patching the tire and saved me tons of money. I like this dealership because they never push me to do any unnecessary fixes on the car. This is the way to win back loyal customers! More
