I would like to thank Ricky Rodriguez for all the help and keeping me posted the entire time. He was able to explain the length of the extra items the mechanic brought up during his check. Performed all the work that was promised, completed the work ahead of schedule. The service writer, John, kept me informed. Best service I have had at any dealership. I dropped my car off due to a slight stutter during acceleration. Turned out my transmission was bad and John Kidd truly took the initiative to make I dropped my car off due to a slight stutter during acceleration. Turned out my transmission was bad and John Kidd truly took the initiative to make sure I was informed of everything that was happening during the warranty process. John truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had the entire warranty processed, new transmission delivered from the manufacture, and installed within a week and a half all while.
