They've taken great care of my 2020 Explorer ST since I purchased it from same dealership in July 2019. We have had our cars serviced with Larson Ford for over 15 years. We are always happy with the service they provide. They are thorough, professional, and honest in their dealings. However, they have recen 15 years. We are always happy with the service they provide. They are thorough, professional, and honest in their dealings. However, they have recently begun to charge a surcharge for using a credit card. We brought our car in for a routine oil change, but they pointed out that we were due for a tuneup. We generally follow their recommendations because it has meant our cars last us much longer. So we agreed to have the tuneup done. The only option was then to pay for the service using a credit card. We don’t regularly carry $500 or more In cash. I don’t think most customers would be paying for major service or repairs in cash. That additional surcharge really adds onto an already costly bill. More

Have visited Larson Ford service dept. twice since purchasing my Maverick. Have been treated extremely well during both visits. We have been using Larson Ford for almost 20 years. We are always more than satisfied with the service they provide. This time truly demonstrated why we trust them. My husband took my car in because a piece of plastic underneath the front bumper was hanging down on one side. The service advisor had my husband show him the problem. He said to my husband, just let me have someone take a look at it, but it looks like the screw just came loose. Within 15 minutes, the car was repaired at no charge and my husband was on the way home. We have no doubt that even though it was a simple fix other places would’ve charged us something. Thank you Chris, for your honesty, integrity and service . We highly recommend Larson Ford! More
