STAY AWAY!I was at this dealership on Thursday 10/1 STAY AWAY! I was at this dealership on Thursday 10/1 while I was working. They had just taken in a Jeep Wrangler from another customer the day before STAY AWAY! I was at this dealership on Thursday 10/1 while I was working. They had just taken in a Jeep Wrangler from another customer the day before and were cleaning and detailing it to put it on the lot for sale. I was immediately interested in the vehicle and the salesman John Jay Morgan told me it was $21,500. I left him a $500 cash deposit. He later wrote up my contract and sent it to me via email. I had gone on their website to get a little more details on the vehicle. They had it posted for the same price the salesman told me which was $21,500. The next day when I showed up the salesman approached me and I told him I wanted to find out what my payment would be. He took me to the Finance manager Jeff. He looked at my sales agreement and said he "couldn't sell that vehicle for that price." He said to the salesman John, "you know what we took this in for" "I will not sell this vehicle for less than $25,000." He then asked me to step away so he could reprimand the salesman. I intervened and said "it was advertised on line for that price" that is not my problem and it isn't his fault either." The salesman said he will call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, no call. The next day, Sunday, came and went no call again. On Monday when I went in they had a refund check for my deposit. I said I don't want a refund I want the Jeep. They then said they sold it to someone else. xxx? How does and how can a dealership sell a vehicle to someone else that you have a deposit and a sales contract on right out from under you. This is illegal, immoral and unethical. I will never consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I will continue to tell everyone I can to "STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!" More

John Jay Morgan is the best!! I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. My husband and I have bought 4 new Hondas from John Jay since 2011. Also, this past April I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. My husband and I have bought 4 new Hondas from John Jay since 2011. Also, this past April we leased a car from him (and Apple Honda). John Jay provides the best service of any salesperson I have ever encountered in any field or industry. He is unfailingly honest, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. He works with you to make sure your needs are met. Over the years we have also gotten to know him as a person. He is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. I give him 10 starts out of 5!! Apple Honda is fortunate to have such an outstanding sales consultant and person on their staff. More

My new 2019 CR-V just purchased in August, was declared a total loss from an accident on October 10, 2019. I returned to my Apple Honda dealership to purchase my NEW brand new CR-V and was quickly led to J total loss from an accident on October 10, 2019. I returned to my Apple Honda dealership to purchase my NEW brand new CR-V and was quickly led to John Jay, as this was considered a challenging situation. He was great throughout the entire process and made a stressful time for me turn into a very positive experience. Many thanks to Don and Ariana as well, for being so wonderful during my August purchase. It really feels like a family at Apple and I am deeply grateful to everyone for how very friendly and professional they all are. Can’t forget thanks to Bryan and Glen from finance, as they couldn’t be better at what they do, while helping me feel at ease! And for all the years I have brought all my Honda vehicles to Apple for service, Mike’s the best! Thank you all :-) More

Happy with my lease. This is my third car from Apple Honda. When I decided to shop again I went to other dealers first. As before, I got the best deal when I got to Apple Honda. The salesman was in tune with what I wanted , the trade in was very good and we were able to make the deal. A few days later I drove away in my new car smiling. More
