I attempted to get questions answers via email and the chat function. This was not entirely successful as it took a couple of weeks to no avail therefore I would suggest that there be a focused internet/email individual that can resource the right people and promptly answer questions. I was contacted by Craig Knight and to my surprise this evolved into one of the nicer car leasing experiences - in and out it 2 hrs. What was of great surprise is that the dealership offered to follow me home 40 minutes to deliver my new car. Very happy about that service. I have a great deal of knowledge regarding leasing and I would offer that the overall process would have been enhanced up front by being transparent regarding the leasing factors, residual, interest rate which I did receive but it would have been nice to get it on the first go around. It’s obvious to tell Beaver Toyota values keeping Toyota buyers in the family. From the experience I had purchasing my new Tundra I’ll be coming back for all my cars. I had shopped around at other dealerships for some time and was unable to find a dealer that could offer what I needed within my price range. That’s when I went to Beaver Toyota, a place that both my parents had purchased their vehicles for the past 10 years. Upon arriving I was greeted by Bobby Harvey one of the salesman at the dealership. He gave me a tour of the dealership, I went in shopping with only two requirements a 4 x 4 pick up with a V-8 engine. I knew I would have a hard time being able to get into a new vehicle with all of the negative equity that I had. However he assured me that I could and he lived up to his promise, I was hesitant to commit at first so he let me take the vehicle home for the day knowing it would win me over. As you can guess I kept it from that point on. Bobby did everything to make what usually for me is a pain staking procedure absolutely painless and actually enjoyable as well with John and financing making all of the dealing and signing of the paperwork a breeze. I left as happy as I’ve ever been buying a new vehicle and I am looking to return to Toyota when I look to get my next vehicle as well as when my fiancé looks to get hers. Will definitely be coming back to see Bobby Harvey in particular. More
