We purchased a new 2017 Rav4. One area of improvement I would suggest. We met with the insurance / warranty person at the end and we were very tired after 3-4 hours on being at the dealership. I would be a good idea to have more information earlier on warranty and insurance in the process. I don't remember the person's name in finance. I would give him an excellent review.
