I purchased a car in the beginning of June from James Bass and John Heisler. They seemed overly kind and helpful until I signed the paper to purchase the car. Now they have continuously ignored and total Bass and John Heisler. They seemed overly kind and helpful until I signed the paper to purchase the car. Now they have continuously ignored and totally dropped me. In the hopes that since I am a 20 yr old girl that I will roll over. It was documented on a "We Owe You" that they would replace the windshield because there was a crack in it when I bought the vehicle. I have called and texted numerous times with no response back. I made 2 service appts; the first I was told not to come and they would send a windshield company out. 2nd appt I worked with the service department to find a windshield replacement company but now I am being told that a replacement has to be started by the sales manager first. That is the whole issue, no one in sales will respond. This should not be this difficult for a paying customer to receive what was a documented promise. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

Sun Toyota did right by our daughter who desperately needed to replace her unreliable car. Their (legit but misleading) radio spots had her drive up from Largo but her time was worth it. Ray and finance needed to replace her unreliable car. Their (legit but misleading) radio spots had her drive up from Largo but her time was worth it. Ray and finance manager, Austin Heisler, pulled together a deal for us that is affordable and has her in a “new” Toyota Corolla. Not her first car-buying experience, but was impressed that she never felt pressure to spend more than she could afford and supported her to get what she needed. Thanks guys, especially for making this work with Mom 1000 miles away! She will be back for that 4-runner TRD pro and be happy to recommend Sun Toyota and Ray to anyone willing to make the trip! More

My salesperson, Jon, and the manager, John (originally from New Jersey and an Eagles fan!), were absolutely amazing.
