John is the rudest ever customer service I have dealt with. He didn’t call me until noon after which I called him and left a voicemail. He responded with the first update at about 1.20pm saying that the with. He didn’t call me until noon after which I called him and left a voicemail. He responded with the first update at about 1.20pm saying that the shuttle was on its way to get me. I said I was in a meeting until 2pm to which he rudely responded- you know the shuttle service is a courtesy not an obligation. If you can’t come now I don’t know if we can come to pick you. I was appalled and said that I was waiting all morning with no update and it was a working day. He repeated everything and then I had to get tough and he backed off saying tge shuttle went in the opposite direction and will reach my house by 2pm. So I agreed however the shuttle reached at 1.35pm and the wonderful driver was not informed about the timing by John!! Terrible customer service..apparently he was in charge that day so I didn’t know who to complain to.. More
