We found exactly what we were looking for and John Gough was wonderful to work with. However, we are very disappointed with the dealership follow up after the sale. We all know making a big purchase can be stressful. When I tell you my sales team was the best I EVER had. I started off at clement. I literally started the whole process by phone. I'm talking credit r When I tell you my sales team was the best I EVER had. I started off at clement. I literally started the whole process by phone. I'm talking credit ran deal bank approved. I got there these folks was so ghetto & unprofessional. The lady I'd spoken with all weekend literally asked me when I arrived Monday morning at 10 am for my VIP appointment she made why was I there ? I'm looking like you don't remember getting me approved for a 40,000 00 vehicle 2 days ago ma'am Then they promised me no money down the same as David Taylor. Welp they lied I needed 3 grand. The vehicle pictured online was not the one they tried to sale me. The one I was showed was literally trashed in the inside. Had a finger length dent in the driver's door. Omg I could go on & on about how horrible they were to me customer service wise. Now here's the silver lining John Gough & I had spoken that Saturday as well. He was kind, understanding to me needs and very patient with me. I'd told him about my horrible experience at clement he told me to come on down & he'd make my process as seamless as possible. Keep in mind he'd stayed in communication with me this whole time. Seeing what all he could do to help me make a stress free purchase. He even told me to do what I felt was best for me & if clement didn't work out for some reason him & his team would love to take care of my purchase needs. When I tell you my only regret is that I didn't go to see John Gough at David Taylor's 1st. Upon my arrival John greeted me in the parking lot. It was over an hour drive he immediately offered me water. I told him I'd just like to hurry my purchase alone so I could drive back home. He took time to show me the basics on how to operate the computer in the dash. He brought me where I met the manager Jamie Sykes who was amazing at explaining some things to me about my buying process. Then I met Mike R in fiance OMG this man was the goat. He got me no money down as promised my extended warranty, Gap and lower payment than I was quoted by the bank and a lower interest rate. I am literally in tears as I write this review these men came through and took care of me & my needs. I went as a woman not really understanding they explained everything to me so I could understand. They walked me through the whole process. They felt like family. As I waited on Mike R in fiance to wrap up my paperwork John showed me pictures of his wife & kids and told me about them showed me pictures of cars his son had drew. It was like I went to sit & visit with family I told him an Jamie Sykes some of my funny stories. Soon after that Mike was back. I signed all my documents & was greeted a fairwell. This process took maybe an hour max. Such a great experience. They are now my home to buy my vehicles. More
