He sent me a video of my vehicle of interest, links with carfax information, and he was great at follow up to ensure that I was able to make an informed decision. We took care of much of the documentation needs prior to my site visit. When I arrived the process to wrap up the deal was seamless. I met with the Finance Manager, Sam who was also absolutley amazing, thorough and sufficient in terms of information review and time. Throughout the process I never felt pressured just supported.
