Have been trying to contact them to get our title and plates. Has been almost 90 days now and can't drive our new car due to temp tag expired. Stuart Smith signs people up with bad warranties that are not valid, and then he does nothing to make it right! He knows that the warranty is invalid and he has not reached out to me to fix this issue meanwh not valid, and then he does nothing to make it right! He knows that the warranty is invalid and he has not reached out to me to fix this issue meanwhile my car needs service, and my money has been put into a warranty that is no good. I have called and left messages. I have called and they would hang up on me. They have no dignity. Even the sales person Florian (Flo) has been unhelpful in this matter and it is an awful feeling to be treated this way after giving my hard earned money to these people. If they every offer you a Lithia warranty please do not take it. There should be criminal actions taking place behind this, because they robbed me! They robbed me first of my money, and now I have no security of a warranty for my vehicle. They have not worked with me to get this resolved hence it’s not been resolved they won’t even call me back! I have been waiting since November 8th to hear from Stuart it is November 17th? No one has tried to help me?!? More

Inflexibility should not be your strong point I despise dealerships who pride themselves in controlling the customer instead of gaining a client. I want to buy a car and want to be treated like y I despise dealerships who pride themselves in controlling the customer instead of gaining a client. I want to buy a car and want to be treated like you need to sell the car instead of you acting like you are doing me a favor by selling me a car. The best dealerships don't turn down any deals and value selling a unit over mere greedy profit. Quoting misleading prices that include impossible rebates is immoral and often illegal in your state. Finally, consumers like me realize that bottom line pricing is most important and can shop nationwide and not just for local dealerships designed to exploit "certain" marginalized consumers. Soon dealerships will lose their hold on sales as consumers will find more utility in best prices instead of the traditional salesperson commission income driven ripoff. More

When I was ready to order in May, I contacted them on May 15 to buy two new Jeeps. They did not react. Sent e mails to several Sales Managers: no reaction. Complained after almost two weeks: Lauren Cunningham got on the case, with apologies. Dropped the ball. Case closed. This dealership does not deserve to get business. More

Outstanding I had been in a couple dealerships in the area and talked to other salseman. They don't compare to the whole experience. Just walking into the front d I had been in a couple dealerships in the area and talked to other salseman. They don't compare to the whole experience. Just walking into the front door of the building, you feel like a million dollars. My salseman Matt has patience of a saint, and General manager took very good care of me on my trade in. Because so, this is the second vehicle I bought from Suburban this year. I tried the other Dealers, butt, when it comes down to customer service I won't go any where else. Keep up the good work guys. Suburban & Tim Brown are THE BEST! I came in and met Tim Brown in sales. I sat down with him and explained what I wanted, what I needed and explained my budget. I told him that my cred I came in and met Tim Brown in sales. I sat down with him and explained what I wanted, what I needed and explained my budget. I told him that my credit wasn’t the best... what could he do to help me? He then told me that his goal was to “help his customers from their 1st car to their dream car and everything in between.” That really stood out to me and that’s exactly what he did. He never tried to “upsale” me anything, he actually got me into a nicer, brand new Grand Cherokee at a better interest rate and lower payment than I had thought possible. He and the great team at Suburban really went above and beyond. A+ More
