I was in the market to purchase a new Toyota. I knew exactly what I wanted and could not find a dealer anywhere that had the Tacoma TRD Pro just the way I wanted it. I called the dealership and Steven " exactly what I wanted and could not find a dealer anywhere that had the Tacoma TRD Pro just the way I wanted it. I called the dealership and Steven "Mississippi" Boyd was now my sales guy. He listened to what I wanted in my next truck and began the search to find exactly what I wanted. After a couple days and no inventory for what I wanted, Steven walked me through the ordering process. The wait for my new truck was a several month wait but during the whole process, Steven kept me frequently updated with the progress of the ETA. He made time to answer any question the I had during the wait and if he didn't personally know the answer he would get the answer for me. I can't say enough about Steven and the way he conducts business. The truck arrived and I worked through the final steps with Steven and then John Fulgoni (Finance Manager). John was just as much of a pleasure to work with. I made it clear up front with John up front that the only thing I was interested in adding to the deal was a warranty. He never once attempted to push any of the 20 other things that normally attempt to talk you into. So thank you for the great experience Steven and John from me personally... keep doing what you're doing! TOYOTA FOREVER!!!! More
