This is my 2nd purchase with Rodney Bradley and Pat Lobb Toyota. Rodney goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. He is great to work with. I drove all the way from Red Oak,TX to McKinney to buy from them twice now. I’m a female & have always done my own deals. I usually finance through my Credit Union. This time they were able to beat the rate, so I financed with them. They even let me drive it home the same day. Over the last 7-8 years, Rodney stayed in touch wishing me Happy Birthday or happy car anniversary. I drive cars for a long time. My Rav4 lasted 7-8 years until I wrecked it. I called Rodney & he got me a nicer Rav4 in my fav color. Plus, Rodney usually helps set everything up (Bluetooth, phone, etc). He also helped me return my rental. Rodney always does a great job communicating and helping me locate the type of vehicle I'm looking for at that particular time. I know when I get that itch next to pick up another new vehicle I will head right back over to Pat Lobb and ask for Rodney, no hesitation on either count. I'd recommend this dealership and this sales person to anyone looking for a good experience. Overall an easy dealership to work with. Placed a deposit down for a vehicle, was notified when the vehicle arrived. High demand vehicle but was able to eventually get the car I wanted. Dealer markups/add ons were difficult to itemize or understand and communication at times was slow. But, overall, would continue to do business here. The removal of one star was to account for a poor experience with the finance department (made it difficult to understand the cost of add ons - extended warranty etc. - and finance employee appeared irritated when I decided against the add-ons once I managed to calculate the additional monthly cost) and poor experience having my windows tinted (tint was part of dealer add-ons, itemized add-ons showed a "5-window tint" on my invoice but they only tinted 2; after some back and forth they eventually tinted the other 3). More

We got a very fair price with no haggling or pressure, so we were able to sign up in minutes after wasting hours at other dealerships. Friendly expert service and all commitments were kept on delivery and everything else. Finance and service folks were nice and efficient too. Oh, did I mention we love our new car? More
