They were so helpful! Kim and bob were wonderful. I was previously with a Kia dealership where I bought my Kia soul that is now in the shop. That dealership said the three Kim and bob were wonderful. I was previously with a Kia dealership where I bought my Kia soul that is now in the shop. That dealership said the three year warranty we got with our certified pre owned Kia soul was not given to us. Kim generously offered to look through those contracts for us going above and beyond her duties. Absolutely love her! Where as bob patiently sat and explained everything to me about my new high tech vehicle! 10/10 experience and definitely one that will have me recommending to the good co workers !! More
