Very disappointing experience with this dealership. Attempted to purchase a vehicle from Scranton Dodge and for a few reasons that I expressed in length in a Google review, the experience was not a go Attempted to purchase a vehicle from Scranton Dodge and for a few reasons that I expressed in length in a Google review, the experience was not a good one. In a response to my review, John Epp asked me to contact him directly to go over the experience with him. For over a week I attempted to contact John Epp and at no point in time did he take the time to contact me back directly. In fact, the email address that he asked me to contact him at does not even work. So the "contact me, I care" response I was given on Google was nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Sadly a sentiment that seems to resonate with the higher ups at this dealership towards their customers. Since his email provided did not work, I reached out not only through this website, but 2 other websites as well. And I know my message was transferred to John Epp because an employee at the dealership informed me they were going to give John the message when he arrived at the dealership. When I purchase or attempt to purchase a vehicle from any dealership, I expect to be treated professionally and in return I am the same way. Sadly, with this dealership, professionalism is not a priority. When John responded to a review showing interest in going over things with me that went wrong at the dealership, I looked at it as a higher up in the dealership wanting to listen to the issues and then try and see if there was anything at all that could have been done differently so that it can be applied in the future to help the dealership in any way possible. To be ignored after attempting to help the dealership by responding promptly to them is an insult. And insulting those that are wanting to do business with you is not how you conduct proper business. More

I bought my Jeep from Tunkhannock dodge a few years ago. Engine light kept coming on and off but this time it stayed on so I figured since Scranton was closer I would take it there. I have a extended warran Engine light kept coming on and off but this time it stayed on so I figured since Scranton was closer I would take it there. I have a extended warranty and they told me my jeep needed a new download of some sort and then light reset but it was not covered under the warranty. I didn’t have it done and instead made an appt. here at Tunkhannock dodge where I purchased the Jeep. They found out that the thermostat needed to be replaced and all covered under the warranty. I will never go down to the dodge dealer in Scranton ever again for service or repairs. They tried to rob me out of 150 bucks and also told me that my back wiper needed to be replaced and the whole mechanism had to be replaced witch would have costed me another 140. That was also a lie and they are taking care of that for me down here in Tunkhannock as well. I know now to always get at least 2 estimates before getting anything done especially down at Scranton dodge More

Easiest Car Buying Experience I had been searching for awhile to find a good deal to get me out of my 2012 Nissan Rogue without creating a much higher payment. After research and the help of the General Sales Manager (John) i am excited to say I got the perfect vehicle. A beautiful 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited!!! More

I spoke to Frank briefly and told him what kind of vehicle I was looking for and what my price range was and within 10 minutes he had the perfect jeep with the perfect picked out for me, color and all. It made me feel very appreciated as a customer and made committing to a new vehicle and 3 year lease. 10/10 recommend Scranton Dodge and especially Frank Gouldsbury. More
