I chose San Tan Ford because, due to their location, they charge the lowest sales tax in the region. They also had relatively low fees. I put in a custom order for a Ford Transit Passenger Van, which can be charge the lowest sales tax in the region. They also had relatively low fees. I put in a custom order for a Ford Transit Passenger Van, which can be difficult to find built to your needs. I put the order in through John Dye, who helped me complete all the paperwork, communicated the order timeline, and got answers to my questions. He did not know or understand all of the options on the Ford Transit, so you really should do your own research. As a result, the mistakes in the order were my doing. Nevertheless, he worked with me to make changes to my original order prior to the build date. What I appreciated most about John is that he gave a very accurate timeline estimate at the time of order. He guessed 6-8 months and the vehicle was delivered at 7.5 months. San Tan Ford charged the MSRP price and did not mark up my custom order, which I also really appreciate. There was no pressure on the financing side and I was able to make a last minute change. I would buy again at San Tan Ford. More
