This was my first experience with Planet Lincoln and my first Lincoln. I normally own Mercedes and Land Rover products. JD the sales manager answers his calls and doesn’t have the manager ego. He is very accommodating, professional and takes the time to make sure my needs were taken care of. They delivered my vehicle to my house, did paperwork online and made this the easiest and most pleasant experience by far I have ever had buying a car. Anthony took the time to deliver my car, was respectful of my time and was a pleasure to work with. Excellent service. More

Oh my goodness! Planet Lincoln is amazing at everything that they do. John is the GM and he is who I worked with the most. We both purchased the new Lincoln Corsair, and we love them. Marcus had my car in a private room and then went over the entire vehicle with me. Marcus also delivered my car to me and I had a ton of questions for him. He was calm and very easygoing while answering my questions. This dealership might be small, but having a small dealership means that you are important! Also, these salespeople are not on commission which makes all the difference.
