On May 6th I inquired about a Buick Enclave that was on the lot which I was told was available. On May7th I worked everything out with my bank to purchase the vehicle. At 11am I called and talked to John a the lot which I was told was available. On May7th I worked everything out with my bank to purchase the vehicle. At 11am I called and talked to John and asked him to send a purchase contract to my bank so I could pick the vehicle up on Monday with no issues. John said ok and that he would call me back. At 3:15pm he called me back stating he sold it since I talked to him. I was shocked seeing as I literally asked him to send the purchase contract over, stating I was going to purchase the vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable. I hope people do NOT do business with you guys because your company is very shady. How unprofessional. More
