Terrible experience with sales department and their manager, Tony, who were lying about everything. They don’t care about customer’s time at all. They invited me to test drive a car that they didn’t ha manager, Tony, who were lying about everything. They don’t care about customer’s time at all. They invited me to test drive a car that they didn’t have in their inventory and when I arrived after almost an hour drive and waiting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, one of the sell personnel informed me that the car was sold just half an hour ago. They offered me another car to just sit in it to experience the feel of it! Overall very rude and liar group of people that I would never recommend them for any type of businesses. More

Had to wait in line 25 minutes past my appointment time to drop car off for Toyota care. I had to wait in a line of cars while they checked in the other. Checking in is a simple as name and reason for visit. I showed up early for the appointment and the idea was check in and go catch work meetings remote from the waiting room/cafe. I had to wait in my truck for over 1/2 hour til anyone came to check me in. I was also told I couldn’t keep the engine running. A woman in the line in front of me escalated her frustration with the wait and they brought in someone other than what appeared to be the 1 check in person. I was also irritated on the quote presented. It didn’t include fees and taxes. I used this dealer simply because it’s close to work. Even if I break down in front of the dealership I will tow it to an alternate dealer. More
