We are sorry you were disappointed in your experience. The repairs were delayed due to waits for parts and warranty approval which, unfortunately, are not in our control. We apologize a loaner was not available, but the inventory is limited and there is currently a waiting list for them. Regarding the scratches, our technicians wear uniforms and use protective mats to ensure vehicles are not damaged during repairs.

Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle over 100 miles, we were unable to recreate the error code message. Warranty coverage will not be approved without it--including approval for rental vehicle fees. We do have a loaner fleet, but all vehicles are currently in use. We apologize for the disappoinment.

We have worked directly with Hyundai engineering to repair your vehicle's microphone. The part is on order, and we will contact you as soon as it arrives. We apologize for how long this has taken, but we were obliged to work at the direction of Hyundai who required each part to be replaced in sequence. Hyundai, as the manufacturer has sole responsibility and authority over warranty repairs for defect of parts or construction.
