Originally from Pepperell, John, our Gervais truck specialist, spent 16 years successfully building up his knowledge and learning the ins and outs of Truck Equipment before he joined the Gervais family almost 2 years ago. Armed with a wealth of knowledge John came to Gervais to take on a new challenge in the world of Truck and Commercial Truck Sales. At Gervais he uses what he has learned to help individuals and businesses outfit their trucks to best suit their needs. When not at Gervais Ford John spends his time with his wife of 9 years and 3 kids. You can find him out and about in Leominster cheering on the kids at their many events or simply resting on the couch catching the Sunday game. Gervais Ford was honorable in the entire process of buying a new truck. Bought a Maverick. Due to high demand and low availability some dealers have been driving new Mavericks for a short time and th buying a new truck. Bought a Maverick. Gervais Ford is "not" that type of dealership. They were concise with me and honored their word from beginning to end. More

I purchased a 2022 F250 two years ago from Gervais and I realized this year that I needed more truck to tow a larger 5th wheel. I traded the F250 for a 2023 F350. I ordered the new F350 with John D's help realized this year that I needed more truck to tow a larger 5th wheel. I traded the F250 for a 2023 F350. I ordered the new F350 with John D's help and picked it up last week. Gervais made the process simple and seamless. John D took care of any concern I had with the process of trading and buying. I was assured that if I had any question he was there to support. I found the customer service folks to be very friendly and attentive. Scheduling maintenance is a breeze. More

Received email 01/30/2023 stating the 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid has arrived. went to dealership on 01/31/2023 to see Maverick and to go over financials. After several hours I received the keys and of Lariat Hybrid has arrived. went to dealership on 01/31/2023 to see Maverick and to go over financials. After several hours I received the keys and off I went. I originally ordered on 11/12/2021. It got rolled over to a 2023 on 09/16/2022. I have ordered previously from Gervais, and I can say that they have always been straight forward, no games. So, if you need a Ford got to Gervais Ford. Also, i have had my vehicles serviced here and again top-notch service, no surprises. More

Super happy with my experience. Ordered a new Maverick w John and while it may have taken a while to come (chip shortage / other delays aren't their fault anyways), I had no issues with the guys at Gervais John and while it may have taken a while to come (chip shortage / other delays aren't their fault anyways), I had no issues with the guys at Gervais and they treated me very fairly throughout the whole process.
