Did not vacuum all the broken glass between the sunshade and sunroof upon replacement and I'm unable to access it. Greasy fingerprints all over my headliner. Called Service advisor twice and service manager and sunroof upon replacement and I'm unable to access it. Greasy fingerprints all over my headliner. My car was gone for a while (two The valve spring recall on my 2012 Impreza was made as smooth as possible by the service department at Lithia Subaru. My car was gone for a while (two weeks), but they provided a rent-a-car and regular updates on how the service was going. Their mechanics even found a leaking cam carrier seal on my engine and replaced it for only minimum extra cost. My rep, John Dake, was with me every step of the way and was professional, courteous, helpful, and informative. I would recommend servicing your Subaru with Lithia anytime. More

On-time, on-schedule and a Nice Chat with General Manage Arrived 15 minutes early for routine warranty service appointment. PM - Oil and Tires Was in an out in a hour. Needed Oil change and tire pressure/rotation. Everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. Waiting area is neat and clean Was in an out in a hour.
