My wife and I purchased a 2025 Acura RDX from Acura of Columbus this month. After some initial shortcomings in the detailing of our new car the General Sales Mgr. I could not have hoped for a better experience purchasing a new-to-me car. I was traveling from Cincinnati and needed to make sure the car was still available so after calling the dealership Francesco was im a new-to-me car. I was traveling from Cincinnati and needed to make sure the car was still available so after calling the dealership Francesco was immediately helpful and call had the car waiting up front by the time we arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even had great recommendations for food while we waited for our car to get washed and ready to take home. The staff was incredible: professional, honest, and no-hassle negotiations. I know we got a solid deal and I am happy to give them my highest recommendation. Thank you!! More
