They have been guessing trying to figure out what is wrong with my vehicle at my expense. $3,000 later and it still is not fixed going back again Friday to see what they're going to do about this. Had our 2022 Chrysler Pacifica towed to this dealership on a Saturday dropped it off, we left daily messages. No one e called back. After 5 days we got management involved.
