Keep telling me ALL cars have rusted rooters and it’s normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Got picked up in a smoke fille normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Got picked up in a smoke filled old Jeep! Plus They had me stand outside on the corner waiting for it with a crap sign saying Lyft! I’ll never buy a car from them again! RUN from BMW! This dealership lied to the BBB! Said they offered to fix my car and They never did! They have an F rating and are not BBB certified! Worst treatment ever! Got rid of my car at 2700 miles only 8 months old! They are lying, using cheap junk parts and stealing from people! More

the worst service and management I took my car there for the worst service and management I took my car there for service and to change my windshield wiper and when I get my car they broke my windshield an the worst service and management I took my car there for service and to change my windshield wiper and when I get my car they broke my windshield and when I asked them to fix it they said it was rock chip and I have pictures of my car that's my windshield is nothing wrong with it and I talk to 2 mangers there and they didn't do nothing and I was surprise with this service because I chose Bmw because I like there car and because of there good service but not anymore they become very greedy I really don't recommend BMW arrowhead to any one . More

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD . I BOUGHT X3 /2021 TWO MONTHS AGO AND I WAS DRIVING ON FREEMAY SUDENLY MOONROOF SHATTERED AND FALL ON MY HEAD. I TOOK MY CAR TO ARROWHEAD BMW AND THEY SAID ROCK HIT TO TWO MONTHS AGO AND I WAS DRIVING ON FREEMAY SUDENLY MOONROOF SHATTERED AND FALL ON MY HEAD. I TOOK MY CAR TO ARROWHEAD BMW AND THEY SAID ROCK HIT TO IT AND NOT COVER BY BMW.I AM NOT WORRY TO FIX IT BUT I AM WORRY ABOUT MY SAFTY AND I DISAPPOINTED WITH BMW NOT WORRY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR SAFETY. I took my car in and they stole my cologne. I wrote them an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months ago. I written back twice and no reply sense the first admission of guilt. They obviously don’t care about me bringing back my 549. Horrible customer service and they have either thieves or just people who don’t care. I want a new bottle of cologne. I want the manager to contact me again not contact me then ghost me. Horrible business and if you go take all your valuables out of your car More
