He was very knowledgeable, kind, polite and especially patient! My last three vehicles were Suburbans, so I was at first apprehensive about making the switch to Jeep. Mike took the time to talk to me and show me why I might like a Wagoneer. At no time did I ever feel pressured into a deal.
