I reached a manager named Nick who transferred me to this young salesman. I have to say it was my lucky day! This is my third BMW and my first EV although the 22 that I bought was a hybrid, and I loved it so much that it has brought me now to the full electric. Initially, I was annoyed when I thought I was being “dumped“ on a new kid who didn’t look like he was old enough to sell cars! I gave him room and he did an incredible job and not being pushy, meeting all of my expectations and requirements for the car, and then took the time once I made the final decision to help me, move the insurance and to understand every detail of this electric vehicle. For me to say That this experience at freehold, BMW was great is underrating it. John was the reason I would return if I’m ever going to buy another car. His patience, responsiveness, knowledge and ability to teach an old dog new tricks is more than I can put on paper. If you are intending to buy a new or used car, I highly recommend BMW freehold but more importantly I recommend John Calabrese to be your sales person.
