Fast, thorough and above all, friendly. I reached out to Carman Ford about a week ago when I decided that a new car was needed. I submitted an inquiry about a Ford F-150 and it was John who I reached out to Carman Ford about a week ago when I decided that a new car was needed. I submitted an inquiry about a Ford F-150 and it was John who reached out to me. I met John in person and I found him to be friendly, patient and able to answer any and all of my questions. Erwin Lee worked with me and my wife and I as we worked through the paperwork and made sure we understood everything we were sighting. It was my confidence in John and Erwin that I felt comfortable purchasing a new Ford from Carman. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and the service at Carman and I look forward to working with them for the long haul. More

Nice truck poor service. There were lights out that they didn't or wouldn't fix a marker light and both tow mirror blinkers were not working. When I picked the truck up it was There were lights out that they didn't or wouldn't fix a marker light and both tow mirror blinkers were not working. When I picked the truck up it was parked by a curb I checked the truck and everything seemed OK but when I got home one of the Nerf Bars/Side Step had fresh white paint and a damage about 18 inches long. I called the next morning and sent pictures and I was just told that it is my problem and I felt like they said I hit something. I traveled from NJ to Delaware to buy this truck and paid over $20,000.00 and thought I would have been treated better. John Brookings was very nice I guess his hands were tied and couldn't help me, they don't even fill the gas tank. More

John Brooking was the gentleman that helped me with the purchase of my 2014 Mustang and I am very happy with it! He knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent representative of your company. I didn't even have to ask for the "carfacts" because he already had them ready to go. It was my very first car purchase, which is always a big moment in anyone's life, and I am glad I chose the right place. I will recommend Carman Ford-Lincoln to everybody I know! 10 out of 10 experience. More

not pleasant visit, this time I give it a 3 because I was disappointed at my service this time however I would still recommend it because of the other times that I've been treated I give it a 3 because I was disappointed at my service this time however I would still recommend it because of the other times that I've been treated properly, because of John Brookings and Paul. I had an appointment for oil change and ask will they check the rest of the fluids also they told me that they would I left after picking up the car and realized that my windshield wiper fluid was still not working, I got home and called them back, they told me I could bring it back I brought it back and they looked under the hood and realized that my pump wasn't working so they said I would need another one in to bring it back tomorrow so I did that, when I set after 2 hours waiting for the shuttle I asked them since it's been so long maybe my car is ready can you check he looked in the computer and said that my car has not been looked at yet so I said oh boy I thought that was strange after dropping it off at 8 in the morning so on my way home from the shuttle 3 minutes into my ride Ford called me and told me that they have to order the part and that I can get my car I said well I just asked you was my car ready and you told me it wasn't even looked at, now I'm in the shuttle finally going home, so that was a little frustrating so now I have to wait to come back up there to get my car only to still be waiting for them to call me and let me know whether my pump is in, tomorrow will be a week since the initial oil change. More

Car Buying Made Easy We drove up and we were pleasantly greeted by John Brooking. He asked if we were seeing anyone particular, and we said no and he was more than happy We drove up and we were pleasantly greeted by John Brooking. He asked if we were seeing anyone particular, and we said no and he was more than happy to show us around and answer any questions we may have. We told him we were interested in a Focus and he showed all the 2015 Focus's on the lot. We talked about financing and he made it very easy on us to decide that we were walking out of there that day with a car. John was very pleasant and knowledgeable thought the process. He offered us beverages while we waited. We honestly did not wait that long at all for the financing to go thru and before you knew it, I was driving home my 2015 Ford Focus. It was a very pleasurable experience and we are also thinking in the future to go back and look at the Lincolns and asking for John to help. Thanks for making my car buying experience very easy. Great experience. I came in recently and purchased a pre-owned 2012 Edge. John Brooking did an outstanding job through the entire process.
